Position Overview
Colorado State University (CSU) invites applications for postdoctoral fellow positions in the Department of Atmospheric Science. Fellows will conduct specialized research under the guidance of a faculty adviser in one or more of the following areas:

Atmospheric chemistry

Climate and atmosphere-ocean dynamics
-
Cloud microphysics, severe storms, and mesoscale meteorology

Data assimilation, machine learning, and causal discovery
-
Global biogeochemical cycles and ecosystems
-
Radiation and remote sensing
-
Education and human resources
Research may range from theoretical to applied and include measurement and/or modeling approaches. Fellows are expected to summarize findings, publish results, and present at scientific conferences.
Qualifications

Required: Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science or a related field (chemistry, physics, computer science, engineering)

Ability to work collaboratively in a research-intensive academic environment
