Program Overview

• Master of Science in Financial Mathematics (FinMath), professional graduate program.

• Focuses on quantitative finance; prepares students for careers in the financial industry.

Position Responsibilities

Teaching & Advising

• Teach 400 units per year.

• Advise three student research projects per year (FinMath Project Lab Course).

• Teach one pre-program course per year.

Administrative

• Support curriculum development and instructor recruitment (in-person and online).

• Serve on executive committee for program admissions.

• Assist in growing program specializations, particularly AI and non-degree offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• PhD + 3 years professional experience OR Master’s + 6 years professional experience.

Preferred:

• University or corporate teaching experience in professional education.
