Primary Responsibilities

Provide engaging, hands-on instruction in welding.

Utilize instructional technology and active learning approaches to enhance student outcomes.

Assess and evaluate student performance using varied techniques.

Participate in scheduled ATI activities and meetings.

Maintain professional development to stay current in the welding field.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
-
Associate degree in Welding or related trades field.

Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in the welding industry.
Skills & Abilities

Ability to adapt to various learning styles and skill levels.

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
