Welding Instructor – ATI

Overview
At ATI, our instructors are dedicated to student success. We deliver hands-on, active, and student-centered instruction that equips learners with the technical skills and confidence needed to thrive in their chosen trade.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, hands-on instruction in welding.

• Utilize instructional technology and active learning approaches to enhance student outcomes.

• Assess and evaluate student performance using varied techniques.

• Participate in scheduled ATI activities and meetings.

• Maintain professional development to stay current in the welding field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in Welding or related trades field.

• Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in the welding industry.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and skill levels.

• Strong time management and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
