About the Opportunity
The College of Professional Studies invites applications for Adjunct Faculty in Construction Management to teach on-campus and online graduate-level courses as part of the Project Management degree and certificate programs.
Responsibilities

Teach graduate courses in Construction Management, including but not limited to:

Introduction to Construction Management
-
Alternative Project Delivery Methods
-
Safety, Project Risk, & Quality Management
-
Construction Law
-
Other program-specific courses
-

Deliver high-quality instruction in both in-person and online formats.

Support CPS’s mission of experiential, inclusive education.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree required.
-
Professional certification (PMP, CCM, or equivalent).

Minimum 10+ years of industry experience at the construction/project manager level with full project lifecycle responsibility.

Teaching experience at the graduate level strongly preferred.
-
Online teaching experience desirable; experience with international students a plus.

U.S. work authorization required.

Non-tenure track, renewable position.
Compensation

Rate: $1,529 per credit.

Position is contingent on enrollment, funding, and departmental needs.

Non-benefits eligible.
Supervision
Reports to the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs.
