Conduct literature reviews on degradation of polymer and polymer matrix composites.
-
Develop and implement random generator algorithms for composite microstructures with varying void fractions.
-
Perform finite element simulations of fiber-reinforced composites under large deformations.
-
Analyze and interpret simulation results to assess material behavior.
-
Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes.
Requirements
-
Strong background in continuum mechanics and finite element analysis.
